The receptionist and Vet tech were good. 2 dogs, lab & beagle. Check up, rabies and script for heartworm, flee & tick. They called it a 3 in one. Anyway, they took the dogs back one at a time. Next step, talk to the vet who examined them in the back. The lady stuck her head in the door, apologized for not being able to speak with me that she was dealing with another issue and the owners were distressed. I get it. Going in, I wanted a dental exam. Vet said the were fine, no worries. I've been to many vets over the years and just felt a little short changed at the end, didn't spend time to talk. Billing, paperless. Print it at home, didn't care for that either But they were real nice and helped me order the meds, so all is well. First visit by the way
